This policy is written to explain how TikkaBurrito handles data across the website, AI builder, support, SMS, WhatsApp, and voice-call features. It is intended to be public and readable for customers, carriers, and verification reviewers.

We use them to understand your app request, continue builds, send links, troubleshoot issues, verify consent, improve quality, train and evaluate our systems, protect against abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Calls may be recorded. By continuing a call or sending a voice note after receiving a recording notice, you consent to our recording and use of that communication as described in this policy. If you do not want a call recorded, do not continue the call; you may instead use the website or email us at support@tikkaburrito.com.

  • Create, preview, test, debug, deploy, host, restore, and update the apps and projects you ask us to build.
  • Process prompts, chats, files, voice transcripts, support requests, and other inputs through AI systems and service providers so we can generate plans, code, explanations, summaries, tests, and support responses.
  • Send transactional, account, support, product, and service communications, including signup links, verification codes, build status, preview links, deployment links, credit alerts, recovery messages, support replies, security notices, and product updates.
  • Analyze usage, diagnose errors, measure performance, route support, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, protect users, and satisfy legal or regulatory requirements.

4. AI, Learning, and Training

TikkaBurrito is an AI app builder. Unless you opt out or a separate written agreement says otherwise, we may use prompts, generated code, project context, support transcripts, call transcripts, WhatsApp messages, SMS interactions, build logs, diagnostics, feedback, and usage data to operate, debug, evaluate, improve, and train TikkaBurrito and related AI systems. This may include reviewing examples, creating benchmarks, improving prompts and retrieval, training internal classifiers, evaluating output quality, and improving model behavior.

You may request deletion or ask us to stop using your non-public customer content for future model-training or product-learning purposes by contacting support@tikkaburrito.com. If you publish, share, or deploy an app built with TikkaBurrito, that app may be visible to others and may collect information from its own end users. You are responsible for the privacy policy, notices, consent flows, security, and legal compliance of the apps you create, publish, or operate. We may host, inspect, cache, monitor, or process deployed app content and telemetry to provide hosting, previews, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and platform reliability.
