Affiliate Program Terms
Effective August 25, 2026. Version 2026-08-25.
By applying, accessing a referral link, or participating in the program, you agree to these terms. Keep a copy for your records.
1. Eligibility and approval
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. We may approve, decline, pause, or remove an affiliate based on audience fit, brand safety, fraud risk, or program needs.
Your application must be accurate and identify the channels you plan to use. Approval applies only to you and may not be transferred or resold.
2. Qualified referrals and attribution
A qualified referral is a new customer who follows your approved Tolt referral link, becomes a paying TikkaBurrito customer within 30 days, and completes an eligible first payment. Attribution is determined by the records in Tolt and our payment systems.
Self-referrals, existing customers, duplicate accounts, fraudulent transactions, test purchases, and purchases generated through prohibited promotion methods are not qualified referrals. When attribution is disputed, our verified system records control.
3. Commission
The standard commission is 15% one time on the eligible amount of a referred customer's first paid subscription invoice. It is not recurring. Taxes, discounts, credits, refunds, chargebacks, and separately purchased usage are excluded.
A commission is pending until the payment is confirmed and the refund or chargeback review period has passed. Refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or unpaid transactions may be cancelled or deducted from a later payout.
4. Payouts and taxes
Approved commissions are generally eligible for payout 30 days after the end of the month in which they were earned. The minimum payout is US$50; smaller balances carry forward. Tolt may administer payout onboarding, identity checks, payment methods, and transfers.
You are responsible for accurate payout and tax information, fees charged by your payment provider, and all taxes arising from your commission. We may hold a payout while identity, compliance, fraud, or payment information is being reviewed.
5. Clear affiliate disclosures
Every promotion must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you may earn a commission. The disclosure must be easy to notice, close to the recommendation or link, and understandable to the audience. A profile-only disclosure or a hidden hashtag is not sufficient when the relationship is otherwise unclear.
You must follow the advertising, endorsement, privacy, email, and consumer-protection rules that apply to your location and audience. You may express honest opinions, but you may not make claims about results, pricing, security, or features that you cannot substantiate.
6. Prohibited promotion
Do not use spam, unsolicited bulk messages, misleading redirects, cookie stuffing, fake reviews, impersonation, trademark bidding, typosquatted domains, adware, forced clicks, fabricated discounts, or incentives that we have not approved in writing.
Do not present yourself as TikkaBurrito, register confusingly similar names, or use brand assets in a way that suggests employment, sponsorship, or an official partnership beyond approved affiliate status.
7. Brand and content responsibilities
We grant approved affiliates a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the referral link and approved brand materials only to promote TikkaBurrito under these terms. All goodwill remains with TikkaBurrito.
You are responsible for your content, channel compliance, audience interactions, and any permissions needed for images, music, testimonials, or third-party material. Remove outdated claims or brand material promptly when asked.
8. Confidentiality and data
Non-public product, campaign, customer, conversion, security, and commercial information shared with you is confidential. Use it only for the program and protect it from unauthorized access.
Do not collect or share customer passwords, payment details, private account data, or sensitive personal information. Referral and application data may be processed by TikkaBurrito, Tolt, payment providers, and service providers as described in applicable privacy notices.
9. Termination and changes
Either party may end participation at any time. We may immediately suspend links, reject commissions, or terminate an account for fraud, prohibited promotion, legal risk, brand harm, or a material breach. Valid approved commissions earned before ordinary termination remain subject to these terms.
We may update rates, eligibility, attribution, payout timing, or these terms. Material changes apply prospectively after notice or publication unless an immediate change is needed for law, security, fraud prevention, or a third-party platform requirement.
10. Relationship, warranties, and liability
You participate as an independent contractor, not as an employee, agent, franchisee, joint venturer, or legal representative of TikkaBurrito. You have no authority to make commitments for us.
The program, links, tracking, and materials are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, TikkaBurrito is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the program. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Complete agreement and contact
These Affiliate Program Terms, the TikkaBurrito Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and any written program-specific offer form the agreement for your participation. If a written approved offer conflicts with these terms, the written offer controls only for that conflict.
Questions, withdrawal requests, and legal notices about the program may be sent to support@tikkaburrito.com.
